Admissions Process

  1. 1Visit reception with a referral or doctor’s note
  2. 2Complete the admission form & ID verification
  3. 3Choose your preferred room category
  4. 4Pay deposit / share insurance for cashless approval
  5. 5Our floor coordinator will guide you to the room

Discharge Process

  1. 1Treating doctor authorises discharge after final review
  2. 2Discharge summary and medications are prepared
  3. 3Final billing & insurance settlement
  4. 4Pharmacy collects prescribed take-home medicines
  5. 5Floor coordinator hands over discharge kit & follow-up plan

Visitor Guidelines

  • Visiting hours: 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM
  • Maximum two visitors per patient at a time
  • Children under 12 not permitted in ICU/NICU areas
  • Please maintain quiet for the comfort of all patients
  • Hand hygiene mandatory before and after each visit
